| ECMK offers a suite of software solutions for producing and managing Energy Performance Certificates for the Domestic Energy Assessor. These are based on a unique, BRE-approved RDSAP calculation engine, running on the DEA’s local computer, not on a remote server over the internet. This has been developed entirely in-house by ECMK and is fully Microsoft compatible. | Pocket EPC |
| A DEA using Pocket EPC can complete and record a survey on a hand-held PDA and calculate and review the EPC whilst still on the premises. This permits on-site checking, reduces paperwork and eliminates any need for revisits. Furthermore, the PDA does not need to be connected to the internet so that full surveys can be carried out, even in areas with poor mobile phone coverage. The survey can then be submitted to Landmark at a later time via a SIM card, wireless network or Bluetooth, or via a PC running EPC Reporter. For further information click here |
| EPC Reporter |
| DEAs who do not use a PDA can record their survey data on paper and enter it later on a desktop PC using EPC Reporter. As with Pocket EPC, the software calculates the EPC immediately without the need for an internet connection – the EPC is subsequently submitted to Landmark over the internet. | EPC Manager |
| EPC Manager is a highly customisable portal, hosted by ECMK’s Accreditation Scheme. It offers a number of management functions and is the access point for submission of EPCs to Landmark for certification. It enables the DEA to receive survey requests, book surveys, send completed surveys direct to Landmark and archive completed surveys.
