Course Duration: 1 Day 9am - 5pm (qualifying 8 hours CPD)
This course is aimed at all existing DEA’s (both ecmk members and non-members) who want to make the switch to paperless working including electronic data collection, site notes and storage, in a move to improve productivity. The course also enables DEA’s to top up their mandatory annual Continued Professional Development (CPD).
The morning will involve introductions to the iPad software followed by a siter visit to a property. You will learn how to collect and enter RdSAP data and supporting observations including site notes and photographs into the iPad App ‘SMART EPC’ onsite and learn how to lodge an EPC.
In the afternoon you will look at the onsite data collected through the desktop app ‘Assessor Hub’ where you will learn how to view and manage your jobs. The course will finish with a recap and Q&A session, ensuring that you are fully qualified and confident to complete electronic surveys on the job with data securely uploaded, lodged and managed.
If you have access to an iPad or iPhone, please bring this with you on the day. Alternatively if you need to borrow a device on the day, this can be arranged if you notify us beforehand. We also offer customers the opportunity to lease devices on various contract options.

The 4 hours annual free CPD that all ecmk members are entitled to, cannot be used in conjunction with this particular training course.
