Course Overview
The DesignBuilder 1-day SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model) course is designed to teach energy assessors how to use DesignBuilder SBEM to produce EPCs and BRUKL documentation. It is also suitable for non-accredited personnel producing BRUKL documentation, providing they are familiar with SBEM and the associated NCM modelling requirements and conventions.

About DesignBuilder

DesignBuilder significantly reduces modelling time compared to free software tools like iSBEM, and the bigger and more complex the building the greater the saving.

DesignBuilder’s 3D graphical modeller and intuitive data entry method is also a pleasure to use. QA-checking of the energy model is made easy by the graphical nature of the software and the way that data is input and managed, saving time and reducing the risk of mistakes leading to audit failure.
