What a year 2020 has been, most notably marked by the global Coronavirus pandemic, which has affected everyone in one way or another! As the years draws to a close, we should take stock of the positive changes we've made to our lives, whether it's reconnecting with family, adopting a better life-work balance or having more time and head space to think, rather than rushing around filling our days. Besides these positive lifestyle changes, it's safe to say that we all want 2021 to bring back some sort of normalisation, economic recovery and stability to our lives, with hope on the horizon of vaccinations bringing light to the end of the tunnel.

During these turbulent times ecmk have continued to provide the same level of service to customers. We've continued to support members through our technical advisory team, who have been working remotely using our effective cloud based telephone system. We are delighted to be able to keep our lodgement fees as low as possible. Our EPC lodgement fees remain at an ‘all-in-cost’ of just £3.75, with no hidden additional fees. Our fees haven’t changed in years and remain as follows for all streams:

  • EPC - Existing Dwelling - £3.75
  • EPC - New Dwelling - £4.50
  • EPC - Non-Dwelling - £11.75
  • Section 63 – Non-Dwelling - £11.75
  • DEC - Public Buildings - £6.75

All prices listed above exclude VAT, Landmark Fee (England & Wales) or EST Fee (Scotland).
