Cost: £135 +VAT (ecmk members) and £195 +VAT (non members)
Course Duration: 1 Day 9am - 5pm (qualifying 8 hours CPD)
This course is aimed at all existing NDEA’s (both ecmk members and non-members) who want to expand their knowledge and understanding of Non-Domestic energy assessments and a full understanding of the software and conventions. The course also enables NDEA’s to top up their mandatory annual Continued Professional Development (CPD).
The morning will involve a site visit to a test commercial property. You will learn how to collect and enter iSBEM data and supporting observations including site notes and photographs and learn how to lodge it using Assessor Hub, the exclusive Ecmk software
In the afternoon you will look at the NDEA conventions and how they apply to the test property. You will also be trained in using Assessor Hub where you will learn how to view and manage your jobs. The course will finish with a recap and Q&A session, ensuring that you are fully qualified and confident to complete surveys with data securely uploaded, lodged and managed.
Candidates are required to bring their surveying equipment, such as pen, paper, camera, calculator and a laptop with the current version of iSBEM installed. Lunch and refreshments will be supplied.

The 4 hours annual free CPD that all ecmk members are entitled to, cannot be used in conjunction with this particular training course.
