“I just wanted to give some feedback on the new iOS version of assess+. It works perfectly – the functionality is excellent, and it displays really well on the screen. The menus and navigation are much better than Smart Survey’s mobile version. I tried out the EPCs and RAs, and both run seamlessly. I’ll definitely be using this app moving forward, especially since I take all my photos on my iPhone anyway.”

“Following my certification in September, I used another accreditation body to lodge my EPCs. It is true to say that I was not wholly satisfied with the service I was receiving, particularly with regard to technical support and the cost of lodgements. We are high volume assessors producing multiple reports every day, therefore it’s important we have good, user friendly, software. The Smart Survey App is exactly this, it just makes sense! It is easy to use and rarely do I encounter any issues.

InstaGroup have worked with ecmk for over 8 years to train many of our Energy Assessors and provide continued professional development for both DEAs and Retrofit Assessors. The software applications ensure that as a national organisation involved in many privately-owned homes, social housing and rented housing projects, we are constantly working to high standards.

We’ve used ecmk to train many of our surveyors over the past few years to become qualified DEAs. The Domestic Energy Assessor course has always been delivered to a high standard by knowledgeable tutors who are always happy to answer any queries and provide support during and after the course has finished. Prior to joining an accreditation scheme, it was ecmk’s benefits which initially caught my attention (low lodgement fees, free CPD hours, and free use of EPC software). The DEA training was very comprehensive, and the instructor very patient. My assessor / tutor for the portfolio work, was also very knowledgable and supportive.

The ecmk team are always available to answer my questions and their support is second to none. The staff are proficient, knowledgeable, accessible and very patient with my queries. They will always call me back with further advice if needed. I also find the Assessor Hub software easy to use.

Having had experience with a number of Accreditation bodies, I have found ECMK to be the best for many reasons.

Effective resolution to problems when they do inevitably come up is highly important and I have not yet had an issue that wasn’t resolved quickly over the phone.

One of the key advantages of being accredited with ecmk is that their robust auditing team enables us to ensure that work is being carried out to the relevant standards as requested by Trustmark, but also offers an extra layer of protection to clients.

The process of conducting EPCs is made much simpler, especially when integrated with Retrofit assessments. Whenever I’ve needed the helpdesk, the staff are always friendly and professional.
