View all posts

ecmk will be supporting the Property Energy Professionals Association (PEPA) conference which is taking place on 25 May 2021 with sessions on ECO4, EPC Action Plan, MEES, PAS 2035 and PAS 2038, offering up to 5 hours of CPD for delegates. This year’s event will be hosted virtually and there will be panels and presentations, including messages from the Government, a Q&A session and refreshment breaks, allowing delegates time to visit the ‘virtual’ exhibitions. ecmk will be attending the event with a stand as members and supporters of PEPA.

As a Government approved accreditation and certification scheme provider, ecmk will be on hand to advise on the Energy Assessor Accreditation Scheme as well as Retrofit Accreditation and training in accordance with PAS 2035. We enable Energy Assessors to deliver all types of property assessments and inspection reports, including EPCs, DECs, Retrofit and more. Qualified Energy Assessors who are interested in becoming Retrofit Assessors can also undertake our online Retrofit Assessor training. Successful completion of our online Retrofit Assessor training enables Energy Assessors to carry out Retrofit assessments through the ecmk scheme and gain access to CoreLogic Retrofit software. If you decide to train with ecmk, we will waiver the Retrofit Accreditation registration fee and the first-year membership fee, saving you a total of £299.
