One App. Every Assessment
Last November, we began this journey through rebranding the legacy PAS App – renamed as Assess+. Today, we take the next step by consolidating our Smart EPC App into this single, high-performance interface. For our members, this means no more toggling between different apps – whether it’s a survey for an EPC, Legionella Report, Retrofit Assessment or RC Site Visit it’s now all in one place.

- Unified workflow: Access EPCs, Retrofit Assessments and more from a single dashboard. No more toggling between different Apps.
- Slicker UX/UI: Enjoy an updated design that is significantly more intuitive than legacy Apps, optimised for all types of Assessments.
- iPhone compatibility: You can conduct EPC Assessments alongside Retrofit Assessments and other surveys directly from your iPhone.
- Enhanced portability: Fully optimised for both iPhone and iPad, making it easier to capture data and high-quality photos on the move.
- Integrated navigation: Launch Apple Maps directly from the Assessment address on your device, to get to your next appointment faster.

The development of Assess+ is now our baseline for all future feature investments. By unifying our software, we can innovate faster, ensuring ecmk members always stay one step ahead with the most advanced tools in the industry.
Ready to Make the Switch?
Assess+ is available for download on the Apple App Store for both iPhone and iPad (iOS16 or above).
Note for members: The legacy Smart EPC Survey App will remain available until the end of April 2026, after which the transition to Assess+ will be mandatory and Smart EPC Survey App will be decommissioned. Existing survey data will be fully retained on your current Device/App, but will NOT automatically transfer between Devices/Apps. Your login credentials will remain unchanged.
