We will be undertaking essential system updates this weekend to incorporate the important changes for RdSAP 10. Whilst this maintenance is underway, some of our applications will be temporarily affected.

Scheduled Downtime:

From 7:00 PM on Saturday, 14th June until Sunday afternoon

What You Need to Do

Lodge all RdSAP 9.94 assessments before 7:00 PM on Saturday, 14th June. Any assessments not lodged by this time will need to be recreated in RdSAP 10 once the system is live.

New Smart (EPC) Survey App Now Available

A new version of the Smart (EPC) Survey App has been released to your iPad. It supports both 9.94 assessments this week and sets you up for a smooth transition to RdSAP 10.

Note: The new app icon is ‘purple’ for easy recognition.

Important Reminder: Please keep your iPad switched on and connected to Wi-Fi over the weekend to ensure updates complete successfully.

Working in Retrofit?

Further details for PAS Hub & PAS2035 Retrofit App

PAS Hub Availability During Go-Live:

PAS Hub will remain accessible during the RdSAP 10 release window. However, some functionality may experience temporary errors until the update is fully deployed.

Recommended Action:

To avoid issues, Retrofit Coordinators SHOULD NOT create POST-EPRs or lodge projects with TrustMark until Sunday afternoon.

Retrofit Assessment Bookings – Important Info

If you’ve already created Retrofit Assessment bookings for dates after the RdSAP 10 go-live, assessors may have accessed these jobs ahead of time. In that case, the jobs will be stamped as RdSAP 9.94.

This means the jobs won’t display RdSAP 10 questions.

Solution: The Retrofit Assessor should contact our support team on 0333 123 4288, and we’ll assist with updating those jobs to RdSAP 10.

PAS2035 Retrofit App Update Required:

To carry out Retrofit Assessments using RdSAP 10 after go-live on the 15th June, you’ll need to manually update the App on your iPad.

Note: There won’t be an automatic update notification.

Recommended Action:

On Friday 13th June, visit the App Store and manually update the PAS2035 Retrofit App.

You can still complete assessments using RdSAP 9.94, but the update will enable RdSAP 10 functionality from 15th June.
