TrustMark ECO & GBIS EPR Conventions

In the ECO and GBIS industry, it is widely recognised that the Pre-EPR Inspection date must be within 6 months of the project being lodged by the Retrofit Coordinator.

This requirement has led to challenges, particularly with complex measures that take longer to install or when access to the property is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

ECMK is pleased to announce that, in collaboration with TrustMark and other accreditation schemes, the 6 month rule has been revised. Retrofit Assessments can now be up to 12 months old at the time of lodgement by the Retrofit Coordinator.
