What’s new?
We’ve listened to member feedback and focused on the areas that make the biggest difference to your daily workload. Key enhancements include:
- Redesigned Room in Roof (RIR) Workflow: We have completely overhauled this section. The new workflow follows a logical, visual progression, making one of the more complex parts of an assessment feel intuitive and straightforward.
- Simplified RIRI Data Entry: Categorising constructions is now faster than ever. Using a new clear table and side-panel layout, you can instantly categorise data into three distinct types: True RIR, Accessible Common Walls, and Detailed.
- New EPC Summary Dashboard: Get the “big picture” instantly. Our new standardised 2×6 grid allows you to view key performance indicators at a glance, helping you spot errors or confirm data before submission.
- Streamlined Evidence Management: No more tedious clicking. You can now drag and drop files directly into your browser for Additional Evidence and Photos.
- Instant Document Viewing: With the new Quick View button, you can open PDFs and images in a new browser tab instantly – no more waiting for downloads to finish just to check a single detail.
Note to Users: To ensure the new User Interface (UI) loads correctly and you see these features at their best, we advise all members to clear the cache on their computers before logging in on 26 March.
